Our business model is designed for automated efficiency through our website showroom and shopping experience. However, we are always available via email for any queries you may have. Private Label – Minimum Quantity Packs/Units are already set in the shop cart. Discounts are applied in the shopcart and are based on minimum order requirements shown.
Anyone can purchase bulk buy products directly off our site, you do not need an ABN.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Once you place and pay for your order through the shop cart, it is delivered directly to Cosmanuf manufacturing administration for processing. You will receive a confirmation via email that we have received your order. We aim to have your order to you as quickly as possible! However, due to the natural nature of the products, all mineral powders and liquid/cream based orders are made fresh, requiring time to produce these goods. Smaller orders are dispatched between 1 – 3 days, larger orders between 2 – 14 days. We will contact you directly should we require further time, particularly for larger bulk orders.
Out Of Stock Items
The shop cart is designed with a stock take feature. Only items we have in stock will be shown on the shop cart and available for purchase. We aim to keep all items in stock at all times, however, due to suppliers and unforeseen natural occurrences, sometimes this is not possible. We do not ‘back order’ goods, but fingers crossed it’s back in stock by the time you order next!
Our shop cart is fitted with Paypal, offering you secure payment options through their system. Although helpful to have an account with Paypal to keep thorough track of all your online purchases, you do not need an account with Paypal in order to use your credit card to make an online purchase. Simply follow the directions upon check out. It’s quick, easy and secure! Please note: Due to our system being fitted with Paypal, we do not store any credit card or banking details for our customers. We really dig the privacy and security of this feature 🙂
Within Australia – Orders over $300 attracts free shipping. Orders under $300 have a flat rate charge of $14.95 across Australia. Orders under 200g are sent via Australia Registerred Post with tracking i.d. and orders from 200g up to 3 kg are sent via Australian Express Post. Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 1-6 normal business days depending upon your location.
International – All orders will have a minimum charge of $45.00 up to 1 kilo in weight to the specified countries approved in the shop cart.
Orders over 1 kilo in weight will have additional shipping costs. You will be contacted via email and provided an invoice for additional costs. This must be paid and finalised prior to commencement of order.
Estimated International Shipping Charges:
- Up to 1 Kilo – $45.00
- 1 kilo – 1.5 kilo – $52.00
- 1.5 kilo – 2 kilo – $69.00
- Over 2 kilo – add $15.00 per kilo.
We will ship with Australia Post Registered Mail International, requiring a signature acceptance upon delivery. If your country is not in the drop down menu on the shop cart, then you are in a different zone than the current shop cart International Shipping Fee allows for. Please contact head office to place your order directly with us and we can provide you with an accurate shipping cost.
International orders will arrive within 3 – 10 days depending upon your location.
Damaged Goods In Transit
Whilst we do not take responsibility for third party handling of goods, Australia Post Registered Mail International provide a $100 compensation due to loss and Australia Post Parcel Domestic offer a $50 compensation due to loss. Should your product arrive in a damaged state, please take a photo of it immediately and contact us at here so that we may assist you with procedures required by Australia Post. We have further insurance options for large wholesale and private label orders, please contact us to provide a quote.
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, you believe it is faulty or does not meet your expectations, please contact customer support immediately here for us to assist you further. Once approved all returns must be shipped to our factory address provided on your purchase invoice.
